Founded in 2006, Healthy Bites Demo Company has been raising the bar when it comes to in-store product tastings for nearly 19 years. After earning her degree from the California Culinary Academy Le Cordon Bleu program in 2005, Chef Toni Alparone saw that there was a demand for quality product demonstrations in high-end grocers. Combining her culinary training, interior design background and passion for good food she formed a successful demo company. Healthy Bites caters to high-end specialty products and is proud to have expertly trained demo chefs nationwide.
